Somehow in between that I built (with a lot of help from Chris and Manhead) the new mini ramp down at Subvert in Castleford. I haven't got a pic of it finished so this one will have to do. It's nice to have a decent mini ramp to skate since the Works ripped theirs out and the Ripped closed down. Been skating it loads the last few days and I plan to pass a lot of the rest of the winter there!
The snows all fucked off for now but apparently there's more due sometime soon. Me and the Manhead got a few runs in down at Wakey park and it was actually a lot of fun. Here he is proudly displaying the card I got him:
And that weekend the crew went out boozing to celebrate his and Ben Powells birthday, this is how Manhead ended the evening:
I promised myself I wasn't going to waste my money buying a new snowboard this year but as soon as the Shiner snow list came through I snapped and ordered this beauty up straight away:

On less cheerful note, these are my next door neighbours, I saw them today for the first time since it happenned and really didn't know what to say to them, it's such a fucked up thing to happen to anyone:
